Approximate size of the glass being replaced (width and height)
Does the window have one piece of glass (single pane) or two pieces of glass (thermal unit)?
Is the frame of the window made out of wood, vinyl or aluminum?
Does the window open and close or is it stationary?
Are there any white or coloured bars (grills) in between the two panes of glass? If so, how many?
Is the window on the main floor or 2nd floor?
